1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the services provided by mahdiblogs.com ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including web hosting, digital products, and consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Services We provide web hosting services (utilizing our Texas and UK server infrastructure), software solutions, and related digital services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or hosting package at any time without prior notice.
3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Host or transmit illegal, malicious, or copyright-infringing content.
- Engage in activities that disrupt or degrade our server infrastructure or networks.
- Send unsolicited promotional materials (Spam).
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without a refund.
4. Payment and Billing All hosting packages and digital services are billed according to the terms selected at checkout. Failure to settle invoices within the stipulated timeframe will result in the suspension of your hosting environment. We reserve the right to change our pricing with a 30-day written notice to existing clients.
5. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Uptime We strive to provide a 99.9% network uptime for all hosted environments. However, we are not liable for downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure).
6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, mahdiblogs.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business interruptions arising from the use of our services. It is the client's sole responsibility to maintain off-site backups of their data.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
